Starting in the restaurant industry under the mentorship of Mike Mercatoris at Zheng Asian Bistro, Chris helped develop systems that turned the restaurant into a locals’ favorite. of Grind, growing it from a 22-seat eatery to a thriving downtown destination grossing over a million dollars annually. Beyond food and beverage, Chris has also co-founded White Lodge Tattoo in Glenwood Springs and has helped launch Medley on Main, a fitness studio in downtown New Castle.
